Shipping Policy

1) Products

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. A to Z Infosys is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer. (Unless specified at the time of Order).  A to Z Infosys is proud to use fast, easy, and efficient secure payments gateways.

2) Services

All the communication regarding your order will be done on the email id provided by user.

  

Cancellation Policy

 

1. We have a hassle-free cancellation request option available. you have to mail or have to call us to cancel your order.

2. The convenience fee charged on the orders is non-refundable only if the order is cancelled by the buyer. Incase of order gets cancelled by us then the complete order amount will be refunded. This charge is only applicable if the buyer wants to cancel the order and opts for a refund.

3. Order modification and cancellation is not available once, the product has been shipped. Cancellation charge will be adjusted from the refund amount.

4. Above mentioned charges are only applicable if the buyer place such requests, no charges will be applicable if such steps are initiated by us.

5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. A to Z Infosys believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

 

Return/ Refund Policy

 

1. We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective (Note :- Customer have to record the video before opening the product(courier) for the refund). Buyers will have 3 days to 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.

2.  For gaming chairs only part replacement is applicable if the product delivered is defective or damaged, no refunds will be there for orders of gaming chairs.

3. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.

4. Return / Refund request will cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.

5. Packaging material should be kept by the buyer until the return window is opened as this will help them to pack the product to its original form to avoid any damage during the transit.

6. Product should be packed in a proper way as it was received by the buyer, do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or on the product box, this may lead to cancellation of your return request.

7. All the accessories which were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product. We will initiate the refund once, we receive the courier or product as it was send by us, if there is any missing parts in the product then it may lead to cancellation of refund.

8.  Refunds usually takes 07 - 10 working days to reflect in your account.

9. Customer will get the refund amount  deducting the payment gateway charges.
