Cancellation Policy

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on atozinfosys.com.
  2. Return will be processed only if:
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  3. If you wish to return a device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. atozinfosys.com shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  4. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  5. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  6. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  7. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  8. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

  9. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the A to Z Infosys marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Navratra, Pongal, Diwali, holi, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

  10. A to Z Infosys does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.

  11. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  12. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. A to Z Infosys believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Note: If you have received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

Refund Policy 

  1. Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of the return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).
  2. If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section or from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item.
  3. Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.
  4. Note: The seller will not refund the shipping cost incurred in case of remorse returns.
  5. We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, the wrong product sent, the product in dead condition or the product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. The buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
  6. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in the buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
